How to sign in to the portal Print

Signing in to Flashcloud takes 30 seconds — your email, your password, and (if you've turned on two-factor) a 6-digit code.

The sign-in flow

  1. Go to portal.flashcloud.com/login.
  2. Enter your email — the same one you used to sign up.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. If you have two-factor turned on, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator (or one of your recovery codes).
  5. You'll land on your Dashboard.

That's it. The session lasts up to a week before you need to sign in again.

"I don't remember which email I used"

Your account email is the one we send invoices and renewal reminders to. Check your inbox for a recent message from us — the address it was sent to is your sign-in email.

If you can't find it, open a ticket from our public-facing site or email support, and we can look it up by name + a payment-method check.

"I don't remember my password"

Click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. We'll email you a reset link that works for 30 minutes. Click it, set a new password, sign in.

"It says my email is already in use"

If you try to sign up with an email that's already on a Flashcloud account, we'll prompt you to sign in instead. Click the prompt and enter your password. If you don't remember the password, use the reset flow.

This also happens during checkout — if you're a returning customer placing a new order, our checkout will recognize the email and ask you to sign in mid-purchase.

"I can't get past the two-factor screen"

If your authenticator code is being rejected:

  • Check your phone's clock. Authenticators are time-based; if your phone is more than 30 seconds off, codes won't validate. Restart the phone or sync the time.
  • Try a recovery code instead — same screen accepts both formats. Recovery codes are 10 characters, with or without dashes.
  • Lost both? Open a ticket. We can verify your identity and reset two-factor for you.

Sessions

  • A successful sign-in lasts about a week before we ask for your password again.
  • Two-factor challenges (the 6-digit screen) expire in 3 minutes. If you take longer, just sign in again — fresh challenge.
  • You can sign out from the avatar menu in the top-right of any portal page.
  • Signing out on one device doesn't sign you out on others. We don't currently surface a "sign out everywhere" — if you need it for a security reason, change your password (which invalidates all active sessions).

Stay-secure tips

  • Turn on two-factor authentication. It takes a minute and protects you from any password leak. See the two-factor article.
  • Use a unique password. A password manager (1Password, Bitwarden, the iCloud Keychain) makes this painless.
  • Watch for phishing. Flashcloud will never ask you for your password by email. We don't include sign-in forms in our emails. If a link looks off, type portal.flashcloud.com directly into your browser.
